Quickly becoming a favorite over more well known varieties such as Honeycrisp, Crimson Crisp is a medium sized apple that has a a very firm, crisp texture with a tart, complex flavor.
Each box of Brookwood apples ships via UPS and comes in a tray packed box. All varieties are available in a single-layer box containing 22 apples (about 12 pounds) or a two-layer box containing 44 apples (about 24 pounds). To avoid the package being stuck at a shipping facility over the weekend, orders are only shipped on Mondays.
